Terms of Service
Last updated September 12, 2026
These terms cover the hosted MCP servers listed on adamwanninger.com ("the servers"), which Adam Wanninger runs as a personal project. You accept these terms when you connect an MCP client to one of the servers or sign in to one. If you don't accept them, don't use the servers.
The service
- The servers are free. The only account involved is your Google account, which you use to sign in.
- There's no guarantee of uptime or support. Any server may be slow or unavailable, and may be changed or shut down at any time without notice.
- Each server runs on a small monthly hosting budget and switches itself off when it gets close to that budget.
Information from other sources
The servers pass along information that other organizations publish. QueensCoach relays the Charlotte Area Transit System's public real-time and schedule feeds. That information can be late, incomplete, or wrong, and the servers don't correct it. Don't rely on it where a wrong answer could cause harm; check with the transit agency.
Adam Wanninger's MCP Servers are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by CATS or the City of Charlotte.
Acceptable use
You may use the servers for any lawful purpose through an MCP client. Don't:
- try to get around sign-in, obtain anyone else's tokens, or reach the servers' infrastructure;
- send traffic meant to overload a server, or automate requests at a volume a person using an assistant wouldn't produce;
- use the servers to break the law, or the terms of the sources they draw on.
I may block any account or client, or revoke its tokens, to keep the servers working for everyone.
Signing in
You sign in with your own Google account, and Google's terms continue to apply to that account. The access your MCP client receives belongs to you, and you can end it at any time by removing the server from your client. The privacy policy explains what happens to your information when you sign in.
Open-source code
The code for each server is open source under its own license (QueensCoach uses the MIT license). These terms cover only the hosted servers, not copies of the code you run yourself.
No warranty
The servers are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Adam Wanninger is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, time, or opportunity, arising from your use of the servers or your inability to use them. Total liability for any claim about the servers is limited to the amount you paid to use them, which is nothing.
Changes
These terms may change. The date at the top of this page shows when they last did. If you keep using the servers after a change, you accept the new terms.
